I utilize several evidenced based treatment modalities which are person centered, trauma-informed, strengths-based, that emphasizes individual capabilities and accomplishments. I have experience with transitions from higher levels of care - inpatient treatment, PHP, or IOP - covering a various range of diagnosis. I also offer animal assisted therapy.

Our counseling services are centered around the empirically supported power of the Human-Animal bond to accelerate insight, growth and change. We also offer traditional therapy if you are not sure that animal assisted therapy is right for you.
