My clientele primarily consists of those recovering from life events which led to relationship problems, depression, phobias, anxiety, and self-destructive behaviors.
After the HOW's and WHY's are identified and understood, change is possible. My goal is helping you become aware of maladaptive thinking and behavioral patterns which keep you stuck. The skills you learn are yours forever. The more you practice them, the more natural and lasting they become.
In addition to traditional counseling, I offer Christian counseling. At the end of the day, my goal is to help you find effective solutions that provide lasting success and empower you to thrive independently and overcome future obstacles; While being aware that you are in control of the outcome.
