I’m a certified trauma therapist working with adults 18 and older, with specialties in the aging population, LGBT+ community, women’s issues, and communication. I offer EMDR therapy to process traumatic memories, Hypnotherapy for subconscious cues, Cognitive Reframing, Mindfulness, and Narrative Therapy for personal growth and change.
