Hello, I’m Art Erskine and I have been counseling individuals, families and groups since 1998. I graduated from Assumption College in Worcester, MA with my Master’s in Counseling Psychology. The bulk of my early training centered around Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Structural Family Therapy. Motivational interviewing, aggression replacement training, person centered therapy, and coaching have been skills I have built over the years.
I have spent time working with individuals around anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, and attention deficit and hyperactivity disorders through the years.
At this time, I am beginning my work in a new counseling environment with Empowerment Counseling and Psychotherapy Center after many years in the field. I welcome the opportunity to support those who are looking for new beginnings or continuing their journeys to be the best self they can be.
