I am currently using Telehealth OR in person for sessions. Most say leaving a therapy session they feel lighter and can breathe again. My goal would be to encourage deep reflection of yourself and your purpose and how together we can achieve both of those. Let's have fun, offer humor, self disclosure as well as brutal honesty.

Batterers Intervention Group (Anger Management)
WOMENS 2 hour group with education and self reflection on their own goals and journey in life. Focus is on communication, coping skills and relationships. We utilize Dr. David Wexler with STOP womens domestic violence curriculum.
