I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, self-criticism, relationship problems, symptoms of complex trauma, or difficulty during life transitions. When these feelings are acute it can feel unbearable and all we want is some relief. I work with people to address uncomfortable symptoms in the present, while also exploring their meaning and source including connections with earlier life experiences. We then look to the future and what is trying to emerge from you. I work well with people who have a desire to know themselves in a deeper way and to feel more connected to soul and life.
I'm trained primarily in depth psychology, and specifically in the tradition of Carl G. Jung. My style is warm, approachable, collaborative, and intuitive. Through knowing your mind more intimately, and feeling more of the emotions and experiences that have been rejected within the holding of our therapeutic relationship, healing and growth are possible.
