I use an integrative approach that includes CBT and psychotherapy. Using a person-centered psychotherapeutic approach, I strive to create a safe space for you to explore yourself without judgment. My goal as a therapist is for couples & individuals to gain a deeper understanding of their issues and to provide them with the proper tools to meet their goals.
