My typical client presents with trauma, anxiety and depressive related symptoms. Their goals are to learn coping strategies that will enable them to evolve and thrive so that they can live a life filled with meaning and purpose.
I specialize in a person-centered approach to therapy that allows me to build rapport with my clients and engage them in the therapeutic process. I specialize in the use of evidence-based approaches such as CBT and DBT.
