If you are seeking holistic, compassionate and experienced professional services then you are in the right place! I've served the Arkansas Valley for nearly 13 years. During my career, I've served individuals across the lifespan in a variety of settings (e.g. university, private practice, hospital, community mental health, medical clinic/integrated care), and with a diversity of concerns to include, depression/anxiety, psychosis, family/relationship and couple/marriage concerns, ADHD, parenting, stress management, conflict resolution, trauma, addictions & substance abuse, grief, compassion fatigue, and many other challenges.
My approach is empathic, holistic, interactive and strengths based. I believe in your ability to choose your path and will compassionately help you through the process of recovery/healing. Although I draw upon many evidenced based theories, I most often utilize rational emotive-behavioral, insight oriented, solutions focused & dialectical behavioral therapy.
