I have practiced counseling for over 50 years, specializing in ADD, Love addiction, Hypnotherapy, Relationships, Dysfunctional Families, Codependency, and Trauma Issues. I enjoy working with clients that are looking to incorporate healthy habits into their therapeutic journey. Some tools that have been most effective in supporting my clients are yoga, meditation, breathing exercises, somatic awareness, parts work, exercise and nutrition. However, each client is unique and finding tools that resonate with the individual is important to me. I have experience with CBT, DBT, ACT, parts work and Hypnotherapy, but pull from other therapies as well.

I have a Masters' degree in Psychology from the University of Houston in Clear Lake yet my experience working with people needing and wanting behavioral changes is greater than my education. My goal as a hypnotherapist is to guide you on a therapeutic path to healing and reaching your potential and health goals. My hypnotherapy sessions are eclectic in that I use various techniques appropriate to what you want to achieve and to ensure a positive outcome. I create unique scripts that address particular issues and help you succeed in what you want to achieve in life.

I am an English speaking Licensed Professional Counselor, Life Coach, (Board Certified Drugless practitioner) Holistic Nutritionist and Hypnotherapist. I received my Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling at Grand Canyon University. I received schooling for Life Coaching, Holistic Nutrition and Hypnotherapy at South West Integrative Healing Arts (SWIHA). I am certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprogramming).I have been helping clients with Childhood Trauma; nutrition; addictions (food, drugs, alcohol, etc.) and other behavioral challenges such as anger, depression, anxiety, and fear.

My preferred modalities are EMDR, hypnotherapy, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).
