I work with a variety of therapeutic issues, including complex trauma/childhood trauma, depression, anxiety, or just generally feeling "stuck!" I use humor, as well as a variety of experiential therapy techniques to assist clients in processing through their struggles. I strive to offer clients unique, safe and comfortable environment within which to process through struggles, in a non-stuffy atmosphere where animals (horses and cats) can at times join our sessions.

In her high school senior English class Tonya was given an assignment to research colleges and majors. Through this assignment she learned about the field of social work and realized that she could combine her love of children and helping others into a career. This led Tonya on the road to getting her Social Work degree. She graduated with her AA degree in Social Work and then attended Arizona State University where she earned her Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Social Work.

As an Artist and Meditation Teacher with over 30 years experience in Human Services, I am excited to offer a creative spin on bringing your dreams to fruition.
