Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a therapy based on the science of learning and behavior. ABA therapy applies our understanding of how behavior works to real situations. The goal is to increase behaviors that are helpful and decrease behaviors that are harmful or affect learning. Positive reinforcement is one of the main strategies used in ABA.

I believe that change occurs when we are met with compassion, deep listening and provided with a sense of hope. I focus specifically on traumatic grief with an understanding there is no wrong way to feel, no timeline or expectations. My approach is individualized and draws upon several interventions such as the ATTEND Model, mindfulness and CBT.
