I utilize a variety of evidence-based methods and treatments to guide clients through their therapeutic journey. I've completed advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Gottman Method Couples Therapy (Level 1 & 2 Certified), and am a certified Prepare-Enrich Facilitator.
