When we opened the doors to Arise, the intention was to establish a practice that could offer the Wilmington community help with life's challenges from a team of highly-skilled and educated therapists. Educated in a range of modern health philosophies and experienced in the treatment of a range of mental health concerns, individuals will receive the help they need from a professional team of women with extensive mental health training and education.
Arise's goal is to cultivate a safe environment to manifest self-awareness and acceptance, to awaken the motivation for change. We are mindful of cultural & developmental influences on treatment. Treatment is tailored to the individual’s needs, concerns and preferences.
