I work with teens, young adults/college students, families and women. Spill the Tea is a counseling group for girls in grades 6-8 focused on creating a safe space to explore a wide range of topics that are affecting youth today. Topics ranging from self-esteem, body image, friendships, family conflict and school issues. There will be a new topic presented each week as a conversation opener allowing for a focal point, with the space for the flexibility to follow the needs of the group and the topics that arise in conversation.
