When you wake up in the morning, just before you open your eyes you can feel their presence whoever they maybe, but then your eyes open and reality sets in. You hear the horrid sound of an alarm blaring in your ear. It is time to wake up, to remember they are gone and you are still here. Your grief feels as though it never turns off. It swirls around you all day and night while you try and live life as if the grief is not trying to constantly swallow you. You are looking for someone to listen to the woes of grief and the darkness that follows. You just want someone to understand how hard it is to be the one here when they are gone.

The eye movements help your brain to conduct its own healing and you are the one in control.
