I am a licensed psychologist with a specialization in pediatric and perinatal (pregnancy and postpartum) mental health. I use an evidence-based approach, pulling components from Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and attachment-based therapy. I am also certified in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C) and serve on the Postpartum Support International (PSI) Connecticut board.
