Do you feel stuck and weighed down by previous relational or childhood trauma? Do you crave having more secure relationships or a desire to be more confident within yourself? As a psychodynamic therapist, I strive to provide my clients with long-term, meaningful changes. I don’t believe in quick fixes or providing my clients with band-aid style solutions to their problems. Most of the clients on my caseload are highly motivated individuals that yearn for deep rooted holistic healing. I have over 10 years of experience in the field of psychotherapy and I am passionate about providing long lasting, meaningful changes.
I hope to help clients reveal and uncover the subconscious roadblocks or behavior patterns that are preventing them from achieving their mental health goals. Some of the common themes in my practice include: family abuse, sexual trauma, grief/loss, relational trauma, attachment issues, co-dependency, abandonment, and neglect.
