Hi there, I'm so glad you're here! I'm Ariel, and I'm an Associate Licensed Therapist who partnered with Mindful Therapy Group in 2023. I received my Master’s degree from Grand Canyon University and enjoy working with clients one-on-one. My approaches are centered around you and your specific needs, I will meet you where you are in your journey towards progress.
I specialize in CBT, solution-focused, person-centered, and strength-based therapy although I will cater to individual needs. I work with areas such as depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, separation, self-esteem and trauma, among other issues. My approaches can help support you through identifying areas to develop and reach those desired results.
I strive to aid those who are ready to heal and overcome, and change and grow. My goal is to help you achieve your goals by providing a safe space paired with support, understanding, empathy and encouragement.
