Unspoken expectations, resentment and lack of communication can cause conflict not only within relationship but also self. This can lead to self disappointment, which can cause more unmet goals and lead to long-term problems.
I utilized Level 1 Gottman couples therapy to focus on identifying issues within relationships and self. Together, we will work collaboratively to identify patterns, childhood experiences, Iearn new ways to communicate, establish boundaries and increase overall self awareness.
My job is to be a safe space that offers challenge and support through this explorative process. I’ve worked with many adults struggling with negative patterns and behaviors, high conflict, and life transitions. My passion is helping couples and individuals reach their interpersonal goals.
