Welcome! Making the choice to prioritize yourself and invest in your well-being is a big step and I am glad you're here. I have a passion for and primarily work with women who are looking to reconnect with themselves. Women who are leaders in all aspects of life, be it concurring the school drop-off line, being a boss or managing the day to day. Women who are looking for tools or to develop coping strategies to manage anxiety, life transitions, communication and more. I also enjoy working with healthcare workers in the areas of stress management and identification or refresh of the “why” related to the work that they do.
As a clinician I am committed to creating a safe space where you feel comfortable sharing your story. My approach to therapy is rooted in evidence-based practices, such as Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), motivational interviewing (MI) and mindfulness, with techniques of reframing and encouragement of positive self-talk being staples of my practice.
It's important to me that you find a therapist that is the right fit for you and that I to feel each client is the right fit for my practice as the development of the therapeutic alliance is so paramount. I’m here and look forward to seeing if we can continue this journey together.
