I am a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in Los Angeles, California. My primary focus in counseling is to provide a safe and comfortable place for you to share your concerns, fears, and goals. I work with individuals, groups, and families on a wide range of issues ranging from relationship conflicts to anxiety, depression, and major life changes. I do a lot of work with people dealing with chronic illnesses, particularly Type I diabetes. I have a diverse background working in a hospital setting, school, and with domestic violence, gang intervention, high-risk children, and individuals with disabilities.
My goal is for all of my clients to walk away from therapy feeling heard and understood, but also feeling like they have some concrete solutions. solutions. I want my clients to have a deeper conceptualization of what they are in treatment for. I don't just want you to feel better after therapy, I want your situation to actually improve in a tangible way.
I primarily offer virtual sessions, however I also have limited in-person availability at my office in Tarzana.
