Working with Dreams PTSD Nightmares consists of 5 group sessions that will last 90 minutes each group. The overall goals of Working with Dreams PTSD Nightmares group is to learn how to process your dreams which involves delving into the elements and emotions within the dream. It entails dissecting the dream's symbols, themes, and messages and interpreting them with your personal life and experiences. This reflective process can bring about heightened self-awareness, personal development, and emotional healing.
