Life is like a rollercoaster. Cheesy, I know, but it’s one of my favorite metaphors for life. It’s filled with so many ups and downs, at times we’re holding on for dear life and at others, we put our hands up in the air and enjoy the ride. It’s helpful to have someone beside you no matter where you are on the journey, and that’s why I’m here. I use a trauma- and attachment-based approach to target mind, body, and soul. Therapy is a collaborative process, you are in the driver's seat and I in the passenger.
I know how hard it can be to take the step to begin therapy and do the hard work of healing and bettering ourselves. I also know how powerful of a tool it can be for creating the life we want to lead. I truly believe you will feel grateful you made this time for yourself once you make the jump.
