I offer therapy for individuals, couples, and families. I work with individuals struggling with anxiety, stress, depression, and issues with self-esteem and body image. I help couples and families struggling with issues such as communication, parenting, life-cycle changes, and boundary issues. I also specialize in mindfulness based treatment.
By using traditional techniques, coupled with third wave techniques, such as mindfulness, I offer a more holistic approach to therapy.
