I also specialize in working with athletes to help increase their sports performance. I work collaboratively with each client to help them gain insight into the presenting problem, and then utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches to help each client reach their treatment goals. In treatment, I treat the whole person to help them live a well-adjusted life in all stages of development.
I have experience working in a variety of treatment settings including nonprofit organization outpatient settings, providing mental health treatment to children and adolescents in a school-based setting as well as working specifically with athletes to help them optimize their performance.
