I also work to address the impacts of trauma on client's everyday lives and functioning.
I aim to help clients navigate the challenges and transitions of childhood, adolescence, and young adulthood. I use behavioral techniques, play therapy, family systems, and integrative psychotherapy to regulate the nervous system and guide us toward understanding why you think and behave the way you do.
During our work together, I will respond to your needs in our space.
