Hi, there! My name is Aria Zayas, and I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in MA. Adults, older adults, end-of-life clients, those struggling with major mental illness, those with chronic illness, and anyone who needs an open and non-judgmental listening ear are my preferred clients. In addition to private practice, I run a home health agency keeping members independent and housed in the community. I look forward to connecting!
I have worked with individuals suffering from major mental illness and older adults for the past 15 years. My most used modalities are Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Strengths-Based, and Motivational Interviewing which help clients understand the root to their emotions, and how thoughts can change actions.
As a chronic illness sufferer, working with clients struggling with physical challenges is a niche that I understand deeply and personally. But, my expertise falls under all adults, and I welcome everyone to come and chat.
