A little about me....
Growing up third-generation Latinx/Hispanic, the solution to addressing mental health conditions was to shame, ignore, or “get over it.” However, I saw the need in my family. Witnessing how therapy helped other members of my family led me to pursue a Master's in Social Work and become licensed as a therapist.
