In our work together, we can focus on better understanding your relationship patterns, understanding and managing your anxiety, learning ways to cope with depression, process past and/or ongoing trauma, & more.
Along with individual therapy, I also offer adolescent therapy ages 14+. My work with adolescents is centered on offering a place where they feel less alone in their experience and learning essential life skills such as emotional regulation, building confidence, and creating positive relationships with others.
