There is a lot of pain in the world, but you don't have to carry it alone. My approach to practice is primarily relational, with a focus on how we interact with the people and social structures within which we exist. I utilize a variety of modalities, drawing mainly from CBT and Person-Centered care. We'll work together to find an approach that is best-suited to meet your needs. Neurodivergence is of special interest to me, particularly ADHD and Autism, but I support a more expansive use of this term as well.
I value differences in opinion and believe therapy should be an unconditionally supportive environment. I am especially passionate about working with neurodivergence, disability, and queer individuals, but I am comfortable and confident with adults of all identities.
