Hi, I am Eli Dapolonia, Ph.D., a licensed psychologist in Oregon and Maine specializing in neuropsychology. I work with patients across the lifespan from age 10 to 99 who are concerned about difficulties with thinking and memory and would like cognitive testing to help establish or confirm a diagnosis, & obtain treatment recommendations, and/or accommodations at school or in the workplace. I am also happy to provide mood & personality testing, and academic testing to help identify areas of strength & weakness. While I do not provide therapy services, testing may help identify the type of therapist that may be helpful to you.
I provide cognitive testing for brain injuries (concussions, more severe TBI, post-surgical evaluations), concerns about changes in thinking & memory (mild neurocognitive disorders, major neurocognitive disorders - dementias), & concerns about possible developmental disorders such as attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and Autism.
