Welcome! My approach is rooted in the concepts of radical acceptance and self-sovereignty. My goal is to provide a safe and affirming space where you can explore your complex inner world with curiosity and compassion rather than fear or judgement. I believe we are all natural storytellers, however sometimes the stories we tell ourselves are not always grounded in reality and can be a source of great pain. Additionally, our bodies also store traumatic experiences at a subconscious level and this can have a profound impact on the way we relate to ourselves, others, and the world.
Because of the interconnected way trauma affects us initially and every time we recall certain stories, genuine healing requires a holistic approach that actively integrates all parts of you. Depending on your goals, we may incorporate techniques to calm your nervous system, facilitate self-reflection, and access deeper/higher levels of yourself.
Developing a strong therapeutic relationship is very important to me and I take the time to listen deeply to your unique story so that we can co-create goals that will allow you to live your life with more ease, joy, and confidence.
