I have experience working with adults, children, and families, in-home & outpatient settings. Approaches & techniques which may be incorporated into sessions include those found in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Child Parent Psychotherapy, & Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), relaxation techniques, and play therapy techniques. As one of a limited number of providers in Northwest Arkansas with training in Child Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), I assist sufferers of trauma, abuse, neglect, and many other distressing experiences improve functioning and healing relationships.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with experience working with all ages but specifically have a passion for working with adolescents and adults. I love to work with these populations to heal from past hurts and traumas and to work towards healthier mindset and emotions as they are growing in independence and self-awareness. I provide home-based behavioral therapies to the Northwest Arkansas community, working with the families of children 18 months to 18 years of age with challenging behaviors and/or developmental delays. Parent consults are the foundation of the services I provide, empowering you as the parent with the skills to help your child most fully express who they are. I also offer fun, play-based 1-on-1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for autistic children to teach them pivotal skills in the areas of communication and behavior reduction. In addition, I can provide telehealth services throughout the state of Arkansas.
