When I consider the relationship between a therapist and a client, I want to offer a supportive and nonjudgmental setting to allow a client to address their personal challenges by exploring their thoughts and emotions at their own pace. While gradually exploring additional layers of their concerns to allow them to find a path to a more authentic and satisfying life. I want to provide empathy for clients while empowering them in ways to grow and achieve their goals. I want those seeking comfort and support with their concerns, such as difficulties within their relationships, life stresses, past hurts, depression, anxiety & grief.

We all experience life circumstances that leave us feeling like we aren't ourselves, as we figure out ways to "just get by". Emotions and thoughts help us understand ourselves and our experiences! Conway Counseling & Wellness Center is a group private practice of practitioners with specialties in mental health and wellness including psychiatry. Our treatment is holistic and incorporates traditional counseling with wellness services such as art therapy, yoga therapy, hypnotherapy, mindfulness, and massage. A client with anxiety could benefit from individual counseling, family therapy, yoga, and massage. Another client working to minimize an addiction could receive individual and group counseling, yoga for 12 step recovery, and hypnotherapy. Jason is a bilingual Spanish/English therapist who sees patients aged 10 and older. He is an EMDRIA-certified EMDR consultant and provides EMDR training for therapists seeking certification in Arkansas. He specializes in trauma work, helping clients heal from anxiety and depression and grow after traumatic experiences. He has worked extensively with Hispanic women who come from many types of traumatic experiences, including sexual and/or physical assault, rape, natural disasters, immigration trauma, unexpected death or loss, childhood trauma, and vehicular trauma.
