I am an LPC with over 10 years of experience in mental health counseling. I have worked in outpatient sectors with various populations in the capacity of individual, couple, and family therapy. I have experience with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, PTSD, ADHD, family/relational conflict, suicide, and grief. I have experience with adults with intellectual disabilities, very young children and their families, and adults and children across a range of populations. I have worked in outpatient, day treatment, and acute care settings and understand the broad scope of mental health treatment needs.

I work with individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, and mood issues. I help persons and families address communication problems, unhealthy patterns, and rebuilding trust as well as relationship problems including infidelity and blended families and co-parenting. I work with and am welcoming of LGBTQ+ relationships, hetero relationships, poly relationships, kink, BDSM, and sex workers. Additional areas addressed include religious shame surrounding sexuality. I have completed graduate studies in religion and theology and assist persons in dealing with toxic religious wounds.

Mental health challenges affect us all and I firmly believe that access to help shouldn't be a barrier. Whether you have childhood trauma, relationship issues, struggle with anxiety or depression (postpartum or not), or simply need a listening ear or sounding board to help you through a difficult time, I'm trained to assist with a myriad of daily and long-term issues. I work well with youth and adults and take most major insurances, including Medicaid, to ensure access to affordable, effective care for all.
