Hi there, I’m Kendra Metcalf and I am a Licensed Professional Counseling (LPC) currently licensed in Arkansas and working with clients locally at my private practice and statewide via telehealth. I have worked with clients of all ages in many different settings including school-based, outpatient community mental health, private practice, and therapeutic communities. Therapy to me is about helping individuals overcome challenges in life whether it's anxiety, stress, depression, work-related issues, relationship struggles, parenting issues, career challenges, or some other stumbling block that is thrown their way in life.

I am so glad you are here. We all deserve the time and space to feel seen, heard, and safe. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been practicing as a therapist since 2019. I have worked with clients throughout different stages of life varying from kindergarten to late adulthood.

I can help your child develop the skills needed to improve communication and listening skills. While teaching you how to discipline without “Losing Your Cool” Play Therapy proves to help with improving communication skills to prevent yelling, screaming, and tantrums. Maybe you feel that your teen has changed overnight and refuses to communicate with you. Or your teen may not be making the best decisions right now.

The primary guiding principle in my approach to therapy is empathy. I am convinced that "feeling with" people is a key to healing. When people feel listened to and truly understood, an atmosphere of mutual respect is created. It has been my experience that people do not feel valued unless they know that someone is genuinely interested in understanding their pain.

Ideal client, would be an adolescent, who would be open to talk therapy, they engage with therapist a lot and their issues could be anxiety, depression or work issues but they are willing to put in the work.

I have a passion for all people, especially families and couples. I believe that all family units can benefit from slowing down and learning to be authentic and genuine in their relationships. I work with couples and families from a systemic perspective to help them engage each other from a place of honesty, helping to change long-standing patterns.

I am passionate about helping others and enjoy helping them navigate through their daily life challenges no matter how serious they may seem. I work to create a comfortable atmosphere where clients can feel safe to process their emotions and work together with them to develop new and healthy coping skills to accomplish whatever goals they may have. I utilize treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Processing, Solution Focused Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Behavior Modification as well as Theraplay Principals.

You put on a good face every day. You pride yourself on working hard and doing your best but never feel quite good enough. You strive for perfection and achievement but there's always more to be done. You play many roles and fear that you aren't doing your best in all of them. Maybe you are a high achiever but have never felt valued by those around you no matter how wonderful you have done. Maybe you want a family but have struggled with infertility or loss. Fear of never being enough makes you feel out of control.

Things of the past can bring shame and guilt affecting our self-confidence. I provide a non-judgmental atmosphere where you can process things of the past and any negative beliefs that you may have adapted over time. Having someone to care, walk with you and help empower you using therapeutic techniques can be life changing!

Life can be hard at times. Periods of depression, anxiety, and even self doubt can cause you to feel that your foundation is unstable. It is possible for you to stand on a SECURE FOUNDATION! Therapy is simply me walking alongside you, helping you get where you desire to be. I will offer support and empathy along the way. During our sessions I will use my professional experience and training to ensure that you achieve your desired goals. We will be committed to your well-being, growth, and self development every step of the way. We also offer couple and family therapy to help create a healthy family unit.

I am a multi-degreed Chicago native, who graduated from ASU with an Education Specialist Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, with a passion for community and helping others obtain total wellness. I enjoy working with varied populations, i.e., families, couples, adolescents, children, young adults, multicultural populations, and passionately strives, through therapeutic support, to effectively address personal life challenges. I feel proficient in working with anxiety, depression, disruptive behaviors, relationship challenges, self-esteem, trauma, SMIs, and LGBTQIA+ social, individual/community relationship issues.

Amy is a compassionate therapist with over 10 years of experience. Her goal is to create a safe space where clients can express themselves and focus on self-care and healing to improve their mental health and overall wellbeing. Amy is a Licensed Certified Social Worker in Missouri and Arkansas. Amy incorporates different therapeutic approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy and solution focused therapy. Amy has experience treating children, adolescents, and families. Amy has worked in both community mental health and private practice. Amy also has experience in substance abuse treatment.

As part of Chenal Family Therapy PLC, I consult with our team of therapists and psychiatrists who specialize in different issues, ensuring that all possible treatment approaches are considered. If we encounter problems outside my areas of expertise, I can provide seamless referrals, including testing and medication management, to get you the needed help.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Arkansas. I offer individual therapy and enjoy working with individuals, teens, and young adults. I believe in working with clients using a holistic therapy approach to problems and will utilize a blend of evidence based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Interpersonal theory. Additionally, I am nationally trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and EMDR trained.

My name is Trina Middleton I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and I hold licenses in Arkansas and Tennessee. I have been a therapist for 30 years. I currently work with clients via teletherapy. I work with clients of all ages and backgrounds who are experiencing difficulties such as anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, relationship problems, and stress due to life transitions.

I have been a licensed therapist since 2007. I pursued this profession due to my passion for helping others.I have sixteen years experience. I have worked with children, adolescents and adults. I ran an after school program and summer program for almost nine years. I have a Bachelor of Science in Art Education and a Masters of Rehabilitation of Counseling. I am currently finishing up my Bachelors of Fine Arts in Studio Art to incorporate into my client's therapeutic sessions.

I am Dr. Kimberly Cummings Whitman, a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW), specializing in challenging, complex, and intense issues with individuals and families. With a strong background in social work and ongoing education, I am committed to providing compassionate and effective mental health support to individuals seeking healing, holistic wellness, and personal growth. In my doctoral work, at Tulane University, I extensively researched psychedelic-assisted therapies and newer, cutting-edge treatment and wellness practices. They work!
