I believe teamwork is best; I cannot work harder than the client or family is willing to work. The ideal client is open to discovering underlying issues, possible problematic thinking patterns, along with personal strengths to help cope with their needs. I believe every person’s story deserves to be heard and shared in a safe space. I enjoy working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, or religious beliefs. My passion lies in helping people work through trauma, anxiety and depression, grief and loss, addiction, and working through family issues. Life can be hard, messy, and painful and you shouldn’t have to walk through it alone. I enjoy helping my clients find the words to tell their stories, while also untangling and processing all of the feelings and memories that come from those stories.

My passion is working with teens and young adults. Clients have noted that my relaxed personality sprinkled with humor helps them feel at ease.
