I am a licensed clinical psychologist who is passionate about the treatment of children, adolescents and their families. In 1996, I founded Psychology & Counseling Associates, a community-focused mental health practice with more than a dozen highly trained mental health professionals. My experience includes both outpatient and inpatient settings. I am ready to assist you and your loved ones with the mental, behavioral and emotional issues that impact your life.

My style is client-centered, authentic and strengths-based. I will be a catalyst for helping you to see and understand yourself, so that you can live your life at your highest potential. Through active listening, empathy, and validation of experience, we will uncover the courage and skills you have within you in order to achieve positive, lasting change.

I focus heavily on existential and interpersonal issues in my practice and encourage clients to explore and express their needs and wants in work, school, relationships and beyond. I’ve worked with folks dealing with prison reintegration, homelessness, grief, and rejection due to gender and sexuality.
