My name is Jamey Lamb, LCSW. I use many different evidence-based therapy practices in creative, collaborative sessions with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, and LGBTQIA+ issues. I use evidence-based therapy methods (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Existential Therapy) with a creative twist. I strive to use empathy to let the client take the lead. My name is Lesa Kilpatrick and I am a Licensed Certified Social Worker in Arkansas. I have been practicing for 11 years. I work with clients who have trauma but also anxiety and depression using Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Cognitive Processing Therapy. My approach to therapy is Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Cognitive Processing Therapy; I specialize in trauma therapy. I have had extensive training learning about post-traumatic stress disorder. My name is Erica Walter. I am a wife and a mother of 4 who knows how tough life can be. I also worked in the corporate world for almost 20 years. I understand the challenges of trying to have it all. Populations Dr. Black has experience with include those struggling with depression, anxiety, oppositional defiant disorder, attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder, autism spectrum disorder, family-relational difficulties, learning disabilities, conduct disorder, substance use, disordered eating, and trauma. Typically, individuals she works with range in age from 3 to 18-years-old. However, Dr. Black has expanded her practice to work with adults ranging in age from 18 to 45-years-old.

I'm Karen Fry, LCSW. I’ve been a therapist for a long time (18 years) and I love what I do. I graduated with a Master of Social Work degree from UALR in 2006. I see my profession as a calling. One of my greatest joys is working with someone who begins to see that they have the power to change their life and find healing. The theories and skills that we practice can lead to healing and change. I know because I’ve learned to practice the skills and theories in my own life. I live in Little Rock and enjoy spending time with my two adult kids. I enjoy walking/hiking and bicycling on the Arkansas River Trail.

I like to think I have a unique skill set coupled with life experience that equips me to be a dynamic therapist. I served as a Marine in the military, spent 20 years working in the pathology field looking at healing the body and now work with clients from 5 years to older adult healing the mind. My name is Lauren Garrett, and I have been providing therapy since 2018. Before becoming a licensed therapist, I obtained a master’s degree in social work from NYU and NYU Shanghai, and received training at The New School University in New York City. Following graduate school, I spent a year and a half learning from neuropsychologists about Neurofeedback therapy. I have provided therapy in university, residential, private practice, and medical settings. At the core of my therapeutic approach is psychodynamic therapy, which recognizes the profound impact our past experiences have on our present thoughts and behaviors.

I am passionate about working with families and their children. My goal is to help my clients identify what they can improve and guide them through achieving their personal goals, whether as an individual or a family unit. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor and I graduated from the University of Central Arkansas with a Master's in Counseling Psychology. I have experience working with all age ranges in a variety of settings, and have worked with mental health issues such as but not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma-related issues, ADHD, anger management, behavioral issues, grief, relational and adjustment issues.
