Working with adolescents (12-18) and young to middle-aged adults (19-45) is where my skills really shine. I also have strong experience with children (4+). I have a solid foundation and lived experience regarding ADHD, as well as treating anxiety and panic, behavior and mood dysregulation, body-related issues, depression, self-esteem/confidence, self-harm, suicidal ideation and trauma-related matters.

Sharing your story may be the most challenging step of your journey. I know firsthand, as an adult survivor of childhood trauma. There is hope. I have a deep passion and understanding for those most closely affected by trauma. The effects of trauma are unique to everyone as is the journey of healing. My approach individualized for each client, but there are some overarching truths. Your story matters and it is critical to find someone to walk with you on your journey to healing. You will not find healing in isolation.

I specialize in Equine Therapy as well as traditional office psychotherapy. I take a mindfulness approach to "holding space" for my clients. I also recently completed an externship and Core Skills in Emotion Focused Therapy which allows me to do some pretty tough work with couples seeking joint therapy. I am also undergoing supervision for Trauma Focused CBT.
