My cognitive approach provides a framework built on the foundation that our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are interconnected. Together, we will explore past experiences, both positive and negative, that may have impacted current thoughts about certain situations, people, and things. I aim to help identify negative thought patterns or beliefs that cause distress and challenge those to provide you a better quality of life.
