I am a Clinical Social worker who has experience in inpatient mental health as well as outpatient counseling and I have worked with individuals of all ages and backgrounds. I have experience treating anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder and other mood disorders. I work with individuals who have diverse backgrounds and identities. I don't believe we are bound by a diagnosis, and therefore I'm here to help with any issues and challenges that present themselves along the way. My therapy style is laid back and compassionate. We are a team and I am here to guide you on your journey, but you are in the driver's seat.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Cognitive Processing Therapy to assist with the process of growth and evolution of self. I believe in open and honest communication throughout the journey and I value regular feedback.
