I have worked with youth, adults and families in various ways since 2000. I specialize in the areas of anxiety, depression, stress, relational issues, blended families, trauma and suicide ideation. I am an advocate and ally of LGBTQIA+ community and honor and welcome clients of diverse backgrounds.
I am nonjudgmental, open-minded and have a heart for helping others. At times we all struggle and can benefit from a helping relationship. I offer Video and Audio Sessions which have proven to be just as effective as in person sessions.
