With a brief initial interview I can offer a unique path for you with the appropriate modality or combination of therapies that feels good to you when we create your plan together. I set an authentic environment with permission for openness and thoughtful intention. My clients have said it feels "real", like hope for strength, growth, self discovery and empowerment and I will continue to strive for this.
