I specialize in offering a safe, therapeutic space for adult women seeking to alleviate stress, anxiety, and navigate life transitions. Overwhelmed, stressed, anxious, nervous about the next step? Having trouble adjusting to pending or present changes? Perhaps you are having a hard time managing life and its endless responsibilities, and doubting yourself in the process. Mental wellness often takes a backseat due to the societal pressures to manage, remain strong, be successful, and balance many roles. I offer a safe place to figure out how to bring balance and peace in your life.
My goal is to offer a safe, judgement-free clinical environment while genuinely investing in YOUR therapeutic goals. I offer holistic, strength-based, individually-tailored therapy that incorporates an acceptance and solution-focused approach. I strive to help each client explore and discover how to live healthy, happy, and balanced lives.
