I use a person-centered approach in my practice. In the first session we will explore what brought you to therapy and then we will work together to create a plan that will lead to your success. For younger children play therapy techniques and sand tray are utilized to explore their experiences and process the events. For clients 12 and older, treatment will depend on the client's needs.
