At Positively Speaking, we use a collaborative approach, to promote the necessary steps for change in order to facilitate growth, positive change and healing in your life, so that you can be the best you that you can be! We enjoy working with individuals such as children, teens, adults and couples on a variety of issues. Staff are most passionate about working with folks who struggle with anxiety, depression and trauma. We use a person-centered approach with CBT influences, in addition to other modalities. April also clinically supervises LPCA's/counselors in training too!
