My approach to therapy is person-centered and existential. This approach allows the client to have the freedom and flexibility to explore and identify what goals they or may not have at a certain point in time. You may be stuck in the 'what-ifs' and 'shoulds' that life can hurl at us at times. We will collaborate together to find your best solutions.
I have worked with many teens and adults to help them find healing and understanding within themselves.
