Life can become overwhelming for anyone and therapy can provide a safe and non-judgemental space for managing these concerns together. In my practice, I address many issues adults face on a regular basis such as life or relational problems, loss/grief, depression, anxiety, negative thinking, and adjustment to change. I provide compassionate support and professional expertise with the goal of developing an individualized treatment plan that will help guide my clients through implementing therapeutic strategies in order to overcome obstacles in the way.
I bring several areas of expertise to the partnership with my clients. I have spent 10 years working in hospice gaining knowledge/experience with death and dying, end of life challenges, and the grieving process. I also specialize is post-partum depression, post-partum anxiety, abusive relationships, partners/loved ones of addicts, and codependency.
Processing through your grief or other life struggles can give you clarity with how to move forward. Clients can better understand how to manage daily stressors, develop coping skills to deal with loss and change, and learn to utilize natural strengths and resiliency to manifest positive outcomes. It is my honor and privilege to walk this journey with you.
